Headquartered and manufacturing in Ruwa, Harare, the Group operates through four distinct business divisions, each dedicated to a specific market segment and consumer need.
The Group's manufacturing arm — Chicago Cosmetics (Private) Limited — produces some of Zimbabwe's most trusted consumer brands from its Ruwa facility. Its distribution division — Zvemvura Trading (Private) Limited, trading as MedTech Distribution (Private) Limited — handles nationwide logistics and regional importation. The MedTech Home & Hardware division serves household and trade markets, while Elle's Perfumes brings accessible luxury fragrances to Zimbabwean consumers.

Founded in 2001, MedTech Group has built a proven track record in consumer goods manufacturing and distribution across Zimbabwe. What began as a single manufacturing operation has grown into a diversified group spanning four business divisions and a portfolio of trusted, licensed and in-house brands reaching millions of consumers.
MedTech Group's operations are anchored at its manufacturing and distribution complex in Ruwa, on the eastern outskirts of Harare. From this hub, the Group's products reach retail and wholesale customers in every province — from Harare and Bulawayo to Mutare, Gweru, Masvingo and beyond.
Through its distribution division, the Group also imports a significant volume of personal hygiene and consumer goods from South Africa and the wider region, ensuring that Zimbabwean consumers have consistent access to the products they depend on.
The Group's route-to-market strategy covers formal retail chains, independent supermarkets, wholesalers, pharmacies and informal trade channels — giving its brands the broadest possible consumer reach.
